AirTran Airways Starts New Service to and From Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 10, 2000--AirTran Airways (Nasdaq:AAIR) today begins new service to and from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport.

The new service will consist of four daily nonstop flights between Minneapolis/St. Paul and Chicago (Midway), as well as direct flights between Minneapolis/St. Paul-Atlanta (through Chicago/Midway) with connecting service to other AirTran Airways' cities, including Dallas-Fort Worth, Fort Lauderdale, New Orleans, Orlando, Savannah and Tampa.
