WASHINGTON, D.C. - After the release of a final report assessing events of July 17 at a Chicago air traffic control facility, the National Air Traffic Controllers Association said it is standing by controllers. "Because our internal review and assessments of the Chicago TRACON events The report was released today by the Federal Aviation Administration, which investigated the events with the Department of Transportation inspector general.
